The plaintiff claims DeGeneres “t-boned” her vehicle at a four-way stop intersection, leading to serious injuries. The complaint states the incident occurred on October 16, 2023, when the plaintiff, restrained in her Tesla, stopped for a stop sign and proceeded through the intersection only to be struck from the right by DeGeneres’ vehicle. The lawsuit cites “negligent conduct” as the cause of the crash. DeGeneres, who has since relocated to the UK, has not publicly addressed the allegations.
