RFK Jr’s Controversial Health Claims and LifeWave X39 Patches

Republican presidential candidate RFK Jr. has drawn attention for his unconventional health practices, including claims about regenerative therapies and wearable technology. The 71-year-old former presidential hopeful recently participated in a three-hour Senate debate, where he criticized pharmaceutical industries and promoted alternative wellness solutions.

RFK Jr. is known for his rigorous physical training, including lifting 450 pounds during leg presses, which some speculate may be linked to stem cell therapy. The candidate has also highlighted the LifeWave X39 patch, a product marketed as a wearable device that claims to stimulate stem cell production in the body.

A pilot study cited by proponents of the technology suggests that wearing the X39 patch for seven days led to increased levels of GHK and GHK-Cu peptides, compounds associated with cellular repair and collagen synthesis. Advocates assert that these effects could promote anti-aging benefits and improved healing.

RFK Jr. has not publicly confirmed using the patches, but his advocacy for regenerative health solutions has sparked debate. The LifeWave company, which reported a 30-fold revenue increase from 2018 to 2024, markets the X39 patch as a direct-sales product with claims of rapid growth in popularity.

The candidate’s focus on alternative therapies reflects broader discussions about healthcare innovation, though critics question the scientific validity of such treatments.
