The campaign uses a water stencil technique to create the text from the dirt that remains on the street, exposing just how filthy the city has become under current leadership.

Funnily enough, if Mayor Karen Bass wishes to remove Pratt’s campaign advertisements, she can easily do so by cleaning the streets for once.
