RFK Jr. Adds Mysterious Blue Liquid to Drink in Viral Flight Moment

A recent viral video has shown RFK Jr. adding drops of a dark blue liquid from a vial to his beverage during an airplane flight. The clip was captured by another passenger who was traveling with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Medical experts have suggested that the substance is methylene blue, a compound used in medical treatments for conditions such as methemoglobinemia, which causes blood to fail to release oxygen properly. Methylene blue also demonstrates potential benefits including anti-viral properties and research indicating it may help prevent neurological disorders like Alzheimer’s disease.

The compound enhances mitochondrial function, improves cognitive performance, and acts as an antioxidant. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration emphasizes that any supplement should be discussed with a healthcare provider before use due to potential interactions and risks at high doses.
