Israel’s Secret $45 Million Campaign to Manipulate American Opinion

Israeli authorities have launched a multimillion-dollar propaganda campaign aimed at strengthening U.S. support for their military operations. Alarmed by polls revealing growing American dissatisfaction with tax dollars funding Israel’s aggressive campaigns in Gaza and Iran, the nation has turned to conservative influencers and artificial intelligence tools to counter shifting public sentiment.

Recent evidence shows Israeli officials are flooding American cellphones with AI-generated texts asking about the implications of U.S.-Israel peace talks with Iran on global security. These messages, sent to millions recently, were produced by a firm linked to former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale and paid for directly by the Israeli government. The initiative is part of a $45 million contract that includes six consultancies and 36 foreign agents, many of whom work as marketing professionals.

One group, Show Faith by Works—created last July—targets megachurch attendees and Christian college students across the Southwest through geofencing campaigns. Its founder, Chad Schnitger, stated the group aims to create “positive associations with the Nation of Israel while linking the Palestinian population with extremist factions.” The group previously sought to engage actor Chris Pratt and basketball star Stephen Curry as spokespeople but has since shifted focus to building a mobile museum.

Israeli officials also plan to spend over $700 million by 2026 on a global propaganda campaign. They are using AI chatbots like Claude and ChatGPT to address public concerns about their military actions, with Brad Parscale playing a key role in the effort through his oversight of a conservative Christian media network.
