A Mormon church in Grand Blanc, Michigan, was set ablaze early today after a 40-year-old man drove his vehicle into the building’s front doors and opened fire, leaving at least one person dead and nine injured. Authorities confirmed the shooter rammed the structure during a large service before beginning to shoot. Police stated the individual intentionally started a fire that spread rapidly through the church. Officers killed the gunman, but additional victims may be trapped inside as investigations continue. The incident occurred in a suburb of Flint, approximately an hour north of Detroit.
