Louisville, Kentucky — A left-wing activist judge in Louisville, Kentucky reduced Christopher Thompson’s recommended sentence from 65 years to a mere 30 years. The decision followed the judge’s assertion that Thompson had fallen through societal cracks and was eligible for rehabilitation.
Thompson, 24, was convicted in December 2023 after abducting a woman from her vehicle, forcing her to perform oral sex on him in a school parking lot, robbing her at an ATM, and then sodomizing her twice at gunpoint at the same location.
During his sentencing hearing on February 2, Thompson displayed no remorse. He told Judge Tracy Davis: “I don’t care about the victim and I’m not sorry.” At one point, he added: “Eat my dck.”
The hearing became highly disruptive as Thompson repeatedly interrupted the court. After Davis warned him to be respectful, Thompson retorted: “I ain’t doing nothing. Eat my dk.” He later stated: “If I could spit on you, I would.”
Despite the outbursts, Judge Davis sentenced Thompson to 30 years. She stated: “Unfortunately he fell through the cracks and ended up in this court as an 18 or 19-year-old. This court does not believe Mr. Thompson, if given the resources that he can get while incarcerated, is beyond being rehabilitated.”
