Exclusive: Unsealed Court Documents Reveal President Trump’s Early Role in Epstein Investigation

Newly unsealed court records confirm President Trump contacted Palm Beach police in 2006 regarding Jeffrey Epstein’s activities. The documents state that Trump was “one of the very first people to call” authorities when reports emerged about Epstein’s alleged crimes, and he specifically instructed law enforcement to “focus on” Ghislaine Maxwell, whom he described as “evil.”

According to the records, Trump told police he had distanced himself from Epstein, stating he “got the hell out of there” when teenagers were present. He also reported that “people in New York knew Epstein was disgusting,” per the documents.

The files indicate Trump provided authorities with information about Epstein’s operations and explicitly stated his cooperation with the investigation. A lawyer representing one of Epstein’s victims previously confirmed that Trump was the only high-profile individual who directly assisted prosecutors during the case, stating: “He helped me. He got on the phone with me. He told me things that were helping our investigation.”

These revelations align with prior accounts of Trump’s involvement in Epstein-related matters and underscore his early engagement with law enforcement regarding the financier’s activities.
