Trump Calls Netanyahu “Crazy” in Lebanon Call; Levin Demands FBI Investigation into Leak

Israel-First Fox News talker Mark Levin has condemned a report that President Trump criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a recent phone call discussing Israel’s military operations in southern Lebanon. The leak, described by sources as violating federal law, claims Trump referred to Netanyahu as “crazy” and stated that Netanyahu would be imprisoned without his intervention.

According to the report, Trump also alleged that public support for Israel had tanked due to the attacks in Lebanon. In contrast, Netanyahu maintained that Israel would continue its military operations as planned in southern Lebanon. Trump’s statement included that there would be no troops going to Beirut and any troops on their way had already been turned back. He further claimed Hezbollah agreed to cease hostilities with Israel, though Netanyahu disputed this, asserting his government’s stance remained unchanged.

Levin has previously accused former U.S. counterterrorism chief Joe Kent of leaking classified information to Tucker Carlson. Kent, a combat veteran who denied leaks, is under investigation for potential federal violations related to national security. The leak also claims Trump expressed concern over Netanyahu’s escalation of hostilities while noting Hezbollah was attacking Israel and defensive actions were necessary. Levin has demanded an FBI investigation into the leak, arguing it benefits Iran by portraying the United States as weak and desperate for a deal.
