President Trump concluded his rally in New York with a performance of “Nessun Dorma,” an opera piece that concludes the 1997 film “The Sum of All Fears” where traitors are executed.
This marks the second time Trump has played the song following assassination attempts on his life. The first instance occurred after he was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania and concluded a speech at the Republican National Convention with the piece.
Trump’s recent performance comes shortly after a second assassination attempt at his golf course that he narrowly avoided.
The selection of “Nessun Dorma” has been described by some as a deliberate message to the Deep State.
