Charlie Kirk’s Body Transported Home Amid Outpouring of Support

Charlie Kirk’s remains arrived in Arizona after being transported from Utah on Air Force Two. The aircraft landed in the state, with his casket then moved via motorcade to Hansen Mortuary Chapel. Supporters gathered along the route to pay tribute to the conservative activist.

AZ Central reported that Kirk’s body was escorted to Phoenix on September 11, with a large motorcade accompanying his casket to the mortuary. Air Force Two delivered his remains hours after President Donald Trump expressed plans to attend the funeral. An air traffic controller greeted the plane upon landing, saying, “Welcome home, Charlie. You didn’t deserve it. May God bless your family.”

In Phoenix, crowds gathered to witness the motorcade’s journey from the airport to Hansen Mortuary Chapel near 7th Street and Northern Avenue. Details about memorial services remain undisclosed. A hearse carrying Kirk’s casket was observed driving westbound on Interstate 10 before turning north on State Route 51 and proceeding to the mortuary. Supporters lined the route, holding American flags and wearing “Make America Great Again” hats.

Meanwhile, others assembled at Turning Point USA’s headquarters near 48th Street and Baseline Road, where some prayed and left flowers. A photograph captured Erika Trump displaying the necklace Kirk wore during his final moments.
