The Democrat Party recently released some bits and pieces from Jeffrey Epstein’s private emails. Once again, it proved to be a total nothing burger. However, that didn’t stop Democrats from throwing out some wild accusations. In one of the emails, Jeffrey Epstein references “trump” while talking about plans for Thanksgiving of 2017. That was enough for Democrats to jump to conclusions and celebrate that they finally caught President Trump doing something wrong! After this email was released, the Democrat Party account on X/Twitter directly claimed that President Trump “spent Thanksgiving” with Epstein in 2017. Keep in mind that 2017 was the first year of President Trump’s first term. In reality, President Trump was definitely too busy for Epstein that day! He spent most of Thanksgiving 2017 at Mar-a-Lago with his family and at the U.S. Coast Guard base in Riviera Beach, FL thanking troops for their service. Grok debunked the ridiculous accusation: President Donald Trump spent Thanksgiving 2017—his first as president—at his Mara-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, where he joined family for a traditional holiday dinner featuring turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, local produce and cheeses, red snapper, Florida stone crab, baked goods, and desserts including cakes and pies. He also spent a few hours at the nearby Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach. In addition to family time, Trump participated in several presidential traditions and activities: Regarding recent claims based on 2017 emails from Jeffrey Epstein suggesting he spent the holiday with Trump at Mara-Lago, contemporary news reports and White House records from the time do not confirm Epstein’s attendance or any joint events; the emails reference Epstein’s plans but provide no direct evidence of interaction with Trump that day. Another fake news claim falls apart. After that disgusting accusation was thoroughly shut down, the Democrat Party quietly their the post.
