Illegal Alien Truck Driver Kills Four Amish Men in Indiana Collision

Four Americans were killed when an illegal alien truck driver crashed head-on into an Amish family’s van on February 4th in Indiana. Kyrgyzstan native Bekzhan Beishekeev, who entered the United States using Biden administration policies and was later issued a commercial driver’s license by Pennsylvania authorities, struck the vehicle carrying up to 15 passengers. The collision claimed the lives of Menno Eicher, 25, and Paul Eicher, 19, among others.

According to police reports, Beishekeev allegedly failed to brake for a slowed semi-truck ahead before swerving into the westbound lane and colliding with the van. Authorities confirmed Beishekeev entered the U.S. through Biden’s CBP One program and received his driver’s license in Pennsylvania despite lacking proper vetting.

The incident has raised alarms about fraudulent “chameleon carriers”—trucking companies that evade federal safety regulations by re-registering under new names, swapping tracking numbers, and operating with minimal oversight. Beishekeev is reportedly linked to a network of foreign-owned entities allegedly using internet-based brokers to pair deliveries with migrant drivers. These operations often exploit legal loopholes, such as tourist visas (B-1/B-2), to recruit workers who later operate without proper authorization.

Federal officials are actively investigating the driver’s licensing school, Aydana Inc./U.S. CDL, and the trucking companies implicated in this case. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has launched a round-the-clock probe into whether these entities engaged in fraudulent practices to avoid enforcement, including unauthorized DOT number changes and underinsurance tactics that prevent victims from receiving adequate compensation.

The tragedy underscores systemic failures in border management and commercial licensing protocols, with multiple states and federal agencies now scrutinizing the roles of foreign-affiliated trucking networks in U.S. operations.
