New Video Surfaces of Suspected Trump Assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks

A new video of Thomas Matthew Crooks, the individual who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump in July 2024, has been released. The footage shows Crooks practicing with an unloaded handgun in his bedroom. According to reports, these videos were originally shared online by Crooks himself before being removed following his attack on Trump during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The FBI previously stated that Crooks had no detectable online presence prior to the assassination attempt. However, digital records recovered from his laptop revealed a disturbing interest in assassinations, mass shootings, firearms, and explosives. Investigators found that Crooks conducted a Google search for “How far away was Oswald from Kennedy?” on July 6, 2024, just days before the attack. He also researched Ethan Crumbley, the Oxford High School shooter, as well as methods for constructing explosives.

Despite the passage of over a year since the incident, details about Crooks remain scarce. The only publicly known connection he has is an appearance in a BlackRock commercial. Questions persist about what other information may have been concealed from the public.
