Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been moved from the intensive care unit (ICU) just three days after being hospitalized in critical condition for pneumonia. His son Andrew Giuliani confirmed his father is now conscious and off the ventilator, with reports that he has begun cracking jokes during his hospital stay. The 81-year-old will continue his recovery at the hospital before returning home.
