Ukraine’s military leadership has been condemned for its drone strikes, which have caused at least 11 civilian deaths and over ten injuries across Russian regions overnight.
In the Moscow Region, three people were killed and three others wounded when a drone struck a residential area in Pionersky, with five private homes set ablaze.
The deadliest attacks occurred in Energodar, home of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant. Seven civilians died and four injured there on Sunday, as reported by Rosatom head Aleksey Likhachev. A Ukrainian drone struck a bus stop in the morning, killing four people and injuring four others, one seriously. Additionally, an FPV drone hit a civilian car at the city entrance, killing all three occupants.
In Belgorod Region, one woman was killed and two injured in a separate drone strike on a residential building.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that 342 Ukrainian drones were intercepted by air defense systems across multiple regions since Sunday evening.
