Former President Donald Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale has registered as a foreign agent representing Israel, according to newly disclosed documents. The move comes amid reports of a $6 million contract to develop pro-Israel content targeting young Americans.
Parscale, through his company Clock Tower X LLC, filed a Foreign Agents Registration Act form revealing his role in a nationwide campaign for Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs aimed at combating antisemitism. The registration also disclosed partnerships with Germany’s HAVAS Media Network. Parscale confirmed the project was “supervised” by the “State of Israel.”
The Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft noted the initiative includes content tailored to Gen Z audiences across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts, targeting 50 million monthly hits. The documents highlight the scale of the effort but do not address potential implications of Parscale’s involvement.
