In a concerning escalation of violence targeting conservative voices online, right-wing podcaster Tim Pool has reported that he was shot at while his private property.
Pool announced via X (formerly Twitter) Friday evening that someone opened fire near his location. According to him, a car approached his premises and discharged shots from within or nearby the vehicle. He emphasized there were no injuries in this incident, though he described it as part of an ongoing pattern targeting himself following controversial guests on his show.
This alarming event marks yet another instance in what has become increasingly frequent violence against conservative commentators and figures over recent years. Pool’s podcast studio has been subjected to multiple “swatting” incidents – a tactic where prank callers falsely report crimes, leading police SWAT teams to raid the location – totaling eight times this year alone, with several dating back to after hosting controversial guests like Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene following January 6th.
In an earlier statement on X, Pool stated that their security team is conducting a thorough review of the incident and will provide further details once they have analyzed all available evidence.
