Marjorie Taylor Greene Announces Engagement to White House Correspondent Brian Glenn

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) confirmed on Monday that she has engaged to her White House reporter boyfriend, Brian Glenn.

Glenn shared a picture of the couple dining together at a restaurant and stated: “She said ‘yes,’” adding in his message: “Happily ever after!!! I love you.”

The proposal occurred at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab—a restaurant where former President Donald Trump made his only D.C. outing to a restaurant this year. Glenn explained he reserved their usual table in the back with a curtain and proposed during the dinner.

Greene previously announced she will resign from her congressional seat on January 5, 2026.

Glenn, who serves as chief White House correspondent for Real America’s Voice, confirmed his decision to leave Washington and move to Georgia to be with Greene. He stated: “I’m sweeping her off her feet, getting her out of Washington.”

The engagement follows a high-profile political split between Greene and former President Trump, who recently withdrew his endorsement of her for the 2026 midterms after she criticized government actions.

Glenn has been known for his outspoken pro-Trump stances in the White House press corps. However, as Greene began speaking out against the administration and GOP leadership amid recent government shutdowns and affordability concerns that led to Democratic victories in November’s off-year elections, Glenn temporarily stepped away from attending presidential events.

“I didn’t want to make any awkward spaces,” Glenn said when asked about his absence from White House briefings. “So I said, ‘You know what? Let me just stay back this week.’”

Glenn also indicated that Real America’s Voice will build him a studio near their home in Georgia, though he stated he would contribute to the network or pursue other projects.
