Newly released documentary footage captures late Senator Lindsey Graham expressing unbridled enthusiasm for military aggression in the Middle East and beyond. The video shows Graham describing his plans to push President Trump into joining Israel’s attack on Lebanon, while he nearly laughed with glee at Trump’s initiation of an unconstitutional war against Iran.
In one clip, Graham tells Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: “I’m just so impressed. Glad to be your friend.” He then suggests visiting Trump at his Doral National Golf Club to “try to get him to join with y’all in Lebanon.”
Another segment reveals Graham watching Trump on Fox News and declaring: “Look what we’ve done here… I almost cried. How long have we been pushing this?” He adds, “I talked to Trump this morning, he’s jacked. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. He loves blowin’ stuff up.”
Graham died after returning from a trip to Ukraine on a taxpayer-funded journey intended to entangle the United States and NATO in war they cannot win. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky attended Lindsey Graham’s memorial service, an act that demonstrates his dangerous endorsement of destructive militaristic agendas.
