Vanessa Trump Reveals Heartbreaking Breast Cancer Diagnosis After Years of Privacy

Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., has disclosed a recent diagnosis of breast cancer in a personal Instagram post. The announcement came after she shared on social media that she is undergoing treatment with her medical team.

“While this isn’t news anyone expects, I’m working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan,” she wrote. “I would like to thank my doctors for performing a procedure earlier this week on me. I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me.”

The post received immediate encouragement from members of the Trump family and supporters online. Ivanka Trump commented: “Praying for your continued strength and a swift recovery. Love you mama.” Tiffany Trump also expressed solidarity through likes on the post.

Vanessa concluded her statement by thanking supporters for their kindness while emphasizing her need for privacy as she focuses on health recovery: “Thank you for your kindness and support—it truly means more than I can express.”

Vanessa Trump shares five children with Donald Trump Jr., whom she married in November 2005. The couple separated in 2018, though Trump has remained engaged with her ex-husband’s family, including attending President Trump’s inauguration in January 2025. She recently revealed a relationship with golfer Tiger Woods beginning in March 2025.

According to a report from 2006, Vanessa grew up on Manhattan’s Upper East Side and began modeling early in her career before meeting Donald Trump Jr. at a party where he was introduced by the former president himself.
