Logan Hollister’s fictional news website WLTLH has reported the first murder from his upcoming novel The Rival.
The incident involves Raymond Delgado, whose retirement gala at the Ashworth Grand Pacific turned fatal during a champagne toast for 400 guests. The event was intended to end with applause but instead resulted in death.
WLTLH functions as an interactive newsroom within Logan Hollister’s universe, publishing new reports as the author writes The Rival. The site’s first story details Delgado’s death and the initial investigation.
Readers of The Confessor can follow the aftermath of events from that book on WLTLH. As the novel progresses, more updates will be released in real time, with a planned release date of November 1.
Logan Hollister has completed Chapter 17 of The Rival, and further reports are expected over the coming days.
